It sits on your member website and answers members' questions using only your association's own policies, guides, templates and webinar content. ### How does an AI chat help members find association resources? Members type a question in plain English instead of digging through subpages and downloadable PDFs. Member.Ask finds the answer in your content, so members get what they need without searching or emailing your team. ### Where does Member.Ask get its answers? Member.Ask answers only from the files and pages your association connects. You choose what it reads. It doesn't answer from the open internet. ### Can members ask about webinars and event content? Yes. Once webinar transcripts, slides or notes are in your connected files, members can ask Member.Ask about them. On the Priority support plan we also transcribe webinar and event videos for you. ### How long does Member.Ask take to set up? Member.Ask is live within a week of us getting your content and brand files.
