Hiaitus is a Sydney AI & Digital consultancy run by two founders, Stu Sheridan and Tim Chapman. We build small to medium, fixed-scope projects: automations, prototypes, integrations, dashboards, CRM builds and [regulatory AI systems](/services/regulatory-ai). You deal with the two people doing the work.

## Who runs Hiaitus?

### Stu Sheridan, Co-Founder and CEO

Before Hiaitus, Stu was head of digital, data and CX for a global food company in Australia and New Zealand. He scopes your project and sets the fixed quote and live date.

### Tim Chapman, Co-Founder and CTO

Tim is a senior software lead with decades of software experience. He builds the systems and runs the infrastructure.

## What does Hiaitus build?

Small to medium, defined jobs. A single automation, a working prototype, a data clean-up, a dashboard or one integration. You get a fixed quote and a live date before work starts.

## What have we built?

Our own CRM, built in 5 days and in daily use since 20 July 2026.

We also build and run our own products: [Checked It](/projects/checked-it), an AI advertising compliance platform, and [Member.Ask](/projects/member-ask), an AI chat for association member areas.
